Trying to get Consistency

Hey All,

So I don't have much to report on right now...I'm waiting to go to the dentist to get a crown. But I decided to post so that hopefully I'll build up a rhythm and start doing this more. I'll probably post later today after I've read through the mounds of reading that haunts my dreams every night.

Lets Try This Again....

So I think my last post was last year....my bad.

I want to start this up again as it will give me a place to philosophize, talk about sports, life, anything that really interests me. So lets hope I can keep this up.

Magical!

Today, more fish were bought for the family fish tank. On the way home, I heard some fish jumping around in the bad. When I got home, I found that a new fish was in the bag. It was an infant fish! We set it up its own little tank in our big tank to protect it, and gave it a name: Big Black. Heres to many happy years with Big Black.

Randomness

Hey all,

Sometimes I take a step back and look at the world, and realize that everything is just one cycle, just one pattern. No matter how something is changed, it somehow still reverts back to its old form in one way or another. Stars and galaxies do it, universes most likely do too. In that sense, we can never escape who we really are, and can't escape what has happened over and over. There are those who say that we really can change the world and our actions, but look at human history. From human history we've been fighting, and it shows no signs of stopping. Are humans meant to fight for their entire existance? Furthermore, with the onset of "civilization", we have been fighting our urge to fight. But what happens when we get tired of fighting, when we give up? Will we give up?

Fun Times

You know whats fun to do after dances that you didnt go to? Go through your buddy list and look at the names and ask yourself, "Are they drunk/high/having sex right now?" The fun part is when you know your 100% right.

The Music Department

A Satire

Dear Parents and Students of WRHS Music Dept.

Due to our recent success in madrigal dinner, along with our stellar department, we would like to make a very important announcement. Because we have such a talented group of students who efficiantly work together, we have decided to become world famous for our department. How will we do this you might ask? Easy: a pyramid. We have decided that it is in our--along with the students and school of course--best interests to build a pyramid on the sports feilds that will rival the great pyramid at Giza.
We realize that we are asking you to do a lot, and because of this, we will give the students multiple studies in class. But how will we accomplish this task? Suprisingly, it will not require very much work at all! Each student will be required to contribute at least 3 years of his or her life. Because the seniors will not be here to see the results, they must work for at least 4 years. Our music department officers will only have to do a little more work than our other members. They will of course be required to die in the process of building this triumph. You will all be sent home at 11PM each night, and cannot come in late the next day. We expect this process to take at least 20 years, long past the amount of time that we will still be considered a great department.
We are looking forward to this accomplishment, and truly hope that this will bring never ending presitge to WRHS music department. We hope that you the parents will also sacrifice your lives in this feat. We would also like to thank T.E.M.P.O. for supplying us with the giant stone slabs that we will use to build. Thank you for all of your cooroperation.
